Gourmet and fruity, this mountain digestif will win you over. A rare fruit, the rowan berry does not grow everywhere. We harvest it by hand in mid-mountain areas at the end of summer. After 8 months of fermentation, our eau de vie reveals delicious toasty aromas on the nose and pronounced hazelnut notes on the palate. Ideal for a refined, gourmet end to a meal.
